X11VNC无显示器模式连接后卡顿的问题

操作系统：Ubuntu MATE 18.04.2 (Bionic) 32Bit
镜像名称：ubuntu-mate-18.04.2-beta1-desktop-armhf+raspi-ext4.img
目前问题：
新安装的系统，第一次安装使用HDMI显示器后安装了X11VNC和SSH，raspi-config只进行分辨率的更改以及
目前X11VNC存在以下问题，通过VNC Viewer访问Ubuntu，X下画面很卡，偶而连接断开（排除网络连接不稳定的情况），正常接入显示器后一切正常，初步看日志应该是驱动加载问题看到有无法启用硬件鼠标和3D加速的信息，但是本人多方查阅无法修复，在此寻求各路大佬解决，万分感谢。
顺求各位使用Raspbian系统的大佬们默认VNC下xorg.conf配置信息。
附两个/var/log/Xorg.0.log文件，分别为默认和创建/etc/X11/xorg.conf后的log。
不创建/etc/X11/xorg.conf，默认V11VNC进行连接时的Xorg.0.log文件内容：

Enable and Disable X11
You can disable/enable the desktop environment using raspi-config.
If you only intended to run as a headless server then the official Ubuntu Server 18.04.2 images mightt be of interest:
