打开samba服务失败

打开samba服务失败，如下
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ sudo service samba status
nmbd is not running ... failed!
smbd is not running ... failed!
pi@raspberrypi ~ $ sudo service samba start
[....] Starting Samba daemons: nmbdIllegal instruction
failed!

请问是怎么回事，谢谢指点
